Guus Hiddink, the coach who won the European Championship with PSV Eindhoven in 1988, first joined the club as a player in 1972. At that time he signed a 2-year contract with the cooperation from the players’ agent Békeffy. During Hiddink’s coaching career, he worked at clubs such as PSV, Fenerbahçe, Valencia, Real Madrid, Real Betis, Chelsea and Anzsi Makhachkala. He has also captained the national team of the Netherlands, South Korea, Australia, Russia, Turkey and China.
